How a home visit actually works

Our fitters are DBS-checked, insured, and used to hotel corridors as much as Georgian halls. We remove shoes at the door if that is the house rule. We do not require tea, though we will not refuse it.

Wear the garment. Wear the shoes. If it is a jacket, wear the shirt you intend to wear with it. We pin, mark, and take the piece away. Most visits are done in under half an hour.

If you share the home with children or dogs, say so when you book. We have both, and we plan accordingly.
