Cavendish Atelier Ltd (company 15113975) is the controller of personal data gathered through this site and during visits. We process your name, contact details, postcode, address, garment notes and body measurements to respond to your request and carry out the alteration (contract), and — only if you tick the box — to send occasional marketing emails (consent).

When you send a request, it is stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, emailed to the two partners who run the business (via our email provider, Resend) and may be posted to our private Slack channel. One partner works from India, so your request may be accessed from outside the UK; we protect it with access controls and appropriate safeguards. We also record how you found us (for example the advert or website that referred you) to understand which marketing works.

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months; customer records and measurements are kept for 36 months after the last visit unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We do not sell data. We do not use it to train models.

You may request access, correction or erasure at privacy@cavendishatelier.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS provider; we do not store full card numbers.
